Site Design + Feasibility Studies
Study the client’s objectives of development size, use, and cost. Produce documents that exhibit all the goals with respect for zoning, parking requirements, building size, shape, and height.
Programming
Consider the client’s goals, program, schedule, project budget, project site, and establish the project requirements including the Project Scope.
Space Planning
Examine how interior and exterior spaces are to be used, creating zones based on fundamental elements of activities, circulation patterns, furniture, and equipment layout.
Schematic Design
Create site plans, floor plans, and exterior building elevations to illustrate the Project.
3D Visualization Services
Presentations providing an immersive full 360 view of spaces that perceive the actual scale and style of the project.
Interior Design
Designing the interior environment of architectural spaces with style and aesthetics that compose of light, color, texture, pattern, art, and furnishings.
Construction Documentation
From the schematic design and design development process, construction documents shall be prepared consisting of drawings and specifications that will describe the scope of work, suitable for permitting and construction.
Bidding + Negotiation Consultation
Assisting in assembling and evaluating the bid package. Coordinating and attending pre-bid meetings with the bidders, responding to bidder’s questions, assisting the client with the evaluation of the bids, and with the awarding of the contract for construction.
Construction Administration
Attend project coordination meetings with the client and the general contractor to assist in expediting the project. Observe the construction progress and provide clarification of construction documents.
Client Representation
A role that ensures the owner’s best interests are represented for a new building or facility throughout the project, from concept to close out.
